Alexia McCluskey is a partner in the Wealth Management and Tax division focusing in financial planning, taxation, and business services. Alexia has been a CPA for over 20 years. Alexia has led, or co-led multiple public offerings, managed extremely complex structures and has designed and implemented advanced tax strategies for large families, private businesses, public companies and cross border transactions. Her vast experience has led her to be an extremely methodical lead on our most complex projects, both public and private.

Alexia is also responsible for all aspects of real estate advisory, including operations, leasing, property management, renovations, capital projects and final disposition. She also participates in sourcing and underwriting real estate acquisitions.

Alexia is also a partner of our affiliated Registered Investment Advisory and family office firms. Alexia's primary focus is on portfolio management and individual client investments. Alexia also serves as trustee on various trust accounts.

Prior to co-founding Brescia McCluskey, LLC, Alexia worked for Nowlen, Holt & Miner, PA in its tax, fraud, and audit divisions . Here, she gained knowledge of tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals. She specializes in servicing emerging and closely-held business, including tax compliance, tax planning and business consulting for a broad range of industries and individuals.  When necessary, she represents clients before taxing authorities on tax audits, disputes, and resolutions.
